【香港商報訊】由於2008年金融海嘯后，全球加強金融機構的監管，故近年不少公司客戶都遇過在銀行開戶困難的問題。大新昨日推出針對在港註冊中小企的開戶計劃，目標客戶群為每年盈業額1000萬元左右的中小企。
RFi Group中小企調查結果顯示，47%受訪者考慮未來1年轉用其他銀行作主要往來銀行。大新銀行(2356)銀行產品部總經理及主管鄧子健表示，過去一年，客戶交齊文件后一般僅須6至7個工作天便可成功開戶；開戶失敗率亦低，僅單位數字。

香港文匯報訊 （記者 歐陽偉昉）大新銀行（2356）昨日表示，因應中小企開戶難問題，該行推出「328營商理財」，提供簡易開戶、全面理財服務，該行產品部總經理及主管鄧子健希望，新增公司客戶數目按年上升50%，短期目標希望可達1萬家港資中小型客戶。
大新指出，根據市場反映，中小企在港被拒絕開戶比率高達雙位數字，而他們遇上的開戶困難包括手續緩慢，過程透明度不足，而且時間冗長，需時1個月至3個月；而且開戶文件要求不清晰，處理已提交文件的過程緩慢。
